After more than three decades in education spanning roles from Mathematics Teacher to School Principal to Regional Consultant at ECIS. I’ve dedicated my life to helping young people thrive. My journey has taken me from classrooms in Amman to global stages. Each role has shaped who I am, but one truth has remained constant: education has the power to transform lives.

At ECIS, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside visionary educators making a real impact across the world. Their passion reignited a deeper calling in me to bring that same level of transformation back home, and to the next generation globally.

As a mother of three and a proud grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren, I’ve walked the journey of raising, guiding, and learning from young people firsthand. Parenthood and now grandparenthood has been my greatest teacher. It has given me empathy, perspective, and a renewed commitment to creating spaces where youth can grow with confidence, character, and resilience.

Today, I’m pouring my experience and passion into VOYA, a youth-focused initiative designed to equip young people with the mindset, skills, and purpose they need to thrive in the future.

As the Chinese proverb goes: “One generation plants the trees; another gets the shade.” Through VOYA, I’m committed to planting the seeds of leadership, purpose, and integrity so that tomorrow’s leaders can rise strong in a rapidly changing world.
